uCore kept kernel 6.11.3 instead of moving to 6.11.5 with the Fedora 41 update. A bug in 6.11.4 and 6.11.5 affected Tailscale status reporting.
The maintainers chose to hold the kernel while allowing the rest of stable to advance, expecting to follow upstream again after a later kernel update.
